Winners of a (then) record 111 regular-season games, the Cleveland Indians ran into a wall in the form of Dusty Rhodes, Willie Mays and a New York Giants pitching staff that held the Tribe to nine runs and a paltry .190 team batting average. Encapsulated and Graded PR 1 by PSA, this ticket stub was issued at the palatial Cleveland Municipal Stadium for the Game 4 clincher in which the visitors raced to a 7-0 lead and held off the Indians for a 7-4 win. The ticket features bold and clear writing as well as vibrant colors which far overshadow flaws such as creasing and the reverse side paper loss accounting for the technical assessment.
