Ken Griffey Jr. moved from the Mariners to his hometown Cincinnati Reds in 2000 for the second half (or maybe the back nine) of his Hall of Fame career. Although he is often criticized for this part of his legacy that saw him hit 630 home runs when many thought he could have passed Aaron, he still sits fourth in the “legitimate” home run standings. The presented 18x25 “Ken Griffey Jr. ‘54” 2000 Bill Purdom lithograph lot of (117) pictures Griffey as he appeared on a 2001 Topps Gallery baseball card. That particular set is in the style of the 1954 Topps cards, so the print shows “The Kid” as he would have appeared if he was slugging on the Reds back in the days of slugger Ted Kluszewski. An excellent collectible that shows a large Griffey Jr. face shot, this is a can’t miss for baseball fans!
