Description



Precursor to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Frankford Yellow Jackets made their NFL debut in 1924 and captured the league title in 1926. This program hails from a 2-0 win over Curly Lambeau's Green Bay Packers on November 29, 1928. Houston Stockton and Two-Bits Homan are in the lineup, and Native American player Fait Elkins is pictured in a story heralding his 98-yard kickoff TD. There is also a Yellow Jackets team photo toward the back. GD/VG condition.
