Pictured in his second pro season, "The Sheriff" led the Indianapolis Colts to a 13-3 record in 1999, after having gone 3-13 in his rookie campaign. The pivotal 1999 season began a long string of postseason appearances of Manning, who finished up with two Super Bowl wins. JSA basic cert/sticker.
